Role Overview
Join our AI Research & Solutions team to turn complex business data into intelligent, automated workflows. You will design, train, and deploy models that solve high-impact enterprise problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and fine-tune NLP and machine learning models for client applications
• Implement RAG pipelines and enterprise semantic search engines
• Continuously monitor model drift and latency in production
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into web and mobile apps
Candidate Requirements
• 3+ years experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production
• Deep understanding of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and HuggingFace
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus)
• Strong statistical and data analysis foundation
• Experience building performant model inference APIs with FastAPI
